Changing your email address

Under Settings → Account you can change your email address.

Flow

1. Enter the new address and confirm with your password

2. We send a confirmation link to the NEW address

3. Only after clicking that link does the change take effect

4. At the same time your OLD address receives a notification ("your email was changed") so you can spot misuse quickly

All changes are kept in the email change history. You can see all your previous addresses in the audit log.

The confirmation link is valid for 24 hours. Past that, restart the flow.
