Capacity and waitlist

You can set a maximum capacity per event (leave empty for unlimited).

What happens when full

• Waitlist enabled: new sign-ups land on the waitlist with an incrementing position
• Waitlist disabled: sign-ups are rejected

Waitlist promotion

When a confirmed attendee cancels, the next person on the waitlist is automatically moved to CONFIRMED. You receive a rsvp.promoted webhook.

Status values

• CONFIRMED — guaranteed seat
• WAITLISTED — on the waitlist (with position)
• CANCELLED — cancelled

Changing the limit

You can raise the capacity any time. Raising it auto-promotes waitlist entries (up to the new limit).
