Enabling RSVP

In the event settings you'll find the Enable RSVP toggle. Once on:

  • A sign-up form appears on the public page
  • Visitors enter name + email (plus any custom fields, see "Custom RSVP fields")
  • They automatically receive a confirmation email (if enabled)
  • You see every sign-up in the event dashboard

Required fields

  • Name and email are always required
  • Duplicate emails per event are rejected (prevents double sign-ups)

RSVP responses

Attendees can respond in one of three ways:

  • Attending (ATTENDING) — default
  • Maybe (MAYBE)
  • Declined (DECLINED)

Deadline

You can set an RSVP deadline — no sign-ups are accepted after that time.
