Confirmations and reminders
Per event you can set which automatic emails get sent:
- Confirmation — right after a successful sign-up
- Reminder — X hours before event start (configurable, e.g. 24 h, 2 h)
Which channels?
Per event you pick the channel(s):
- Email (via your integration, see below)
- Optional SMS / WhatsApp if Twilio is configured
Which integration sends?
- Default: Resend (our built-in email provider)
- Your own: SMTP or your own Resend API key in account settings
What the confirmation contains
- Event details (title, start, location/link)

- Waitlist position when applicable
