Confirmations and reminders

Per event you can set which automatic emails get sent:

  • Confirmation — right after a successful sign-up
  • Reminder — X hours before event start (configurable, e.g. 24 h, 2 h)

Which channels?

Per event you pick the channel(s):

  • Email (via your integration, see below)
  • Optional SMS / WhatsApp if Twilio is configured

Which integration sends?

  • Default: Resend (our built-in email provider)
  • Your own: SMTP or your own Resend API key in account settings

What the confirmation contains

  • Event details (title, start, location/link)
  • .ics calendar attachment
  • A cancel link (see "Cancelling an RSVP")
  • Waitlist position when applicable
