Calendar link does not add the event

Apple Calendar (iOS / macOS)

If nothing happens after clicking:

• Make sure you have a default calendar set on the device (iCloud, Gmail, Exchange)
• iOS Safari must allow pop-ups — some incognito tabs block them
• If the .ics starts downloading but doesn't import: open manually → "Add to Calendar"

Outlook Desktop

• Older versions open .ics as a new mail rather than a calendar entry. Workaround: right-click the file → "Open with Outlook" → "Add as appointment"
• In corporate environments, some IT policies block external .ics downloads

Google Calendar

• The link opens Google's "add event" page — the user still needs to click Save. That's Google's behavior, not ours.
