RSVP confirmation not arriving

Check in this order:

1. Spam folder

Outlook / Gmail sometimes put confirmations there. Search for the event title or "SpreadEvent".

2. Typo in the email

In the dashboard under "RSVPs" you see the address entered. If it's wrong, delete the RSVP and have the attendee sign up again.

3. Is the confirmation email enabled?

In event settings under Notifications, check that "Confirmation" is on.

4. Is your integration configured correctly?

If you use your own provider (SMTP / Resend), look at Notification Logs — you'll see errors there (e.g. "401 Unauthorized", "Domain not verified").

5. Rate limits

With very many sign-ups in a short window, providers can throttle. Delivery will be delayed but should complete within a few minutes.
